How to get an Invoice from Amazon?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

a) Orders sold by marketplace sellers (not business sellers)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you have no signed up to the Amazon VAT Calculation service (VCS), you have no downloadable VAT invoice option or a VAT-exclusive price on your product detail pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When buying an items from a non-VCS marketplace sellers, you need to contact the seller to request an invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To request an invoice from a non-VCS marketplace seller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Your Orders<\/strong>  (and set the correct date range)<\/li>
  2. Go to Invoice<\/strong> and then Request invoice from [seller name]<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Click on What can the seller help you with?<\/strong> and go to An order I placed<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Select the order for which you want to get an invoice<\/li>
  5. Select Tell us more about your issue<\/strong> and click on Where’s my invoice?<\/strong><\/li>
  6. Here you can write a message to the seller<\/li>
  7. Click on <\/span>Send Email<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    NOTE<\/strong>: Only the requisitioner who purchased the item can request the invoice for that item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b) Items sold by Amazon or business sellers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For items sold by Amazon, or by marketplace sellers designated business sellers, you can find a PDF invoice under Your Orders<\/strong> or Amazon Business Analytics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to print an Amazon Invoice ? (Your Orders)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If your items are sold by Amazon or in case you are a business seller, follow these steps to print your invoice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to your Amazon account,<\/li>
    2. Place the cursor over the Your Account<\/strong> menu and go to Your Orders<\/strong><\/li>
    3. Open the drop-down menu Past 6 Months<\/strong> by default to pick a year or use the search box<\/li>
    4. Go to Invoice <\/strong>(beneath the order number)<\/li>
    5. Depending on which seller you placed your order with, you can do one of the following:
