REP-Pro is the authorised representative established in France that French extended producer responsibility (EPR) law requires of producers established outside France. Under a written mandate, we register the producer, obtain its unique identifier and file its declarations, in the producer's own name.

Since 10 July 2026, French law requires a producer that sells into France without being established there to appoint, by written mandate, a representative established in France for its EPR obligations. REP-Pro takes that role.
For each EPR category the seller determines it is concerned by (household packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, textiles, furniture and others), we register the producer with an eco-organisation approved by the French State, obtain the unique identifier issued in the producer’s own name, file the declarations of quantities placed on the French market from the seller’s own figures, and act as its point of contact in France. One mandate covers every category needed.
Eco-contributions are paid by the producer, with no margin and no advance from REP-Pro.

REP-Pro is neither approved by nor a partner of any eco-organisation, and we never tell a seller whether a category concerns them: that is theirs to determine.
